The location of the property is good. Decent and central area with easy access to everywhere. Complimentary airport shuttle was prompt and smooth. Check-in was seamless. There is a supermarket on site with virtually everything you need. Complimentary bottled water were supplied daily. Breakfast was average though. The staff were courteous, pleasant and friendly. Special shout out to Sandra, Deborah and the ever smiling Nadege. So also the driver and cleaning staff. I recommend.

Nice hotel. Love they offered airport transportation. That’s always important for me. Nice city view from my hotel room. Breakfast was ok. They’re more of an Asian hotel so their food selection was mostly Asian instead the of an African cuisine. Wish the hotel had a pool. Overall great hotel to stay at.

This hotel is designed for Chinese clientele and doesn’t have the flexibility required for guests out of this target group. It doesn’t have the service standards expected. I had to argue even for the basics advertised so the perks of what Expedia call vip obviously didn’t exist at all.

Superb location. Friendly and helpful staff. The king size bed and it's matras is what one would expect in 5 star hotel. It's attached Chinese resto renders the stay into a culinary delight. Keep it up and this is definitely my favourite hotel in East Africa.
