This is not a five star hotel. The service is extremely slow. And if you’re not European, you’ll have to ask at least three times for everything that you need. Service was extremely slow even at Nobu. If you order a pool bed, don’t expect to order food or drinks at the same time, it will never come. All in all the hotel is nice, but the staff needs better training on customer service. The service at this hotel is a one star at best.

Wonderful property and visit ! The only thing I would mention is to caution with “king bed” it is two beds placed near each other, which do create a king. Although common to see in Europe , the booking selection didn’t describe this, which some places do. Maybe book directly with nobu to see if there are other options. This is a beautiful hotel, full of light and next to the sea. Our room had a lovely sea view and it was possible to walk into the Old Town from the hotel along the sea front and the marina. Ibiza is a little quiet in late October but it is still warm enough to swim to walk and to find good food. I thoroughly recommend the hotel and visiting Ibiza when things are at a slower pace.
