Check-in was difficult because of the lack of English. The clerk assumed I was a transit customer who should have an airline voucher. I could not get her to understand that I should have had a reservation. I got woken up at 5:30 am and again at 6:30 am to be told the shuttle was leaving for the airport. I think I finally persuaded them I was not going to the airport!
My bathroom had no toilet seat. I was offered another room which was far better, although I could not get hot water at the sink, the shower handheld device leaked, and it seemed that the toilet leaked.
They also told me that they had no arrangement with Expedia and so I had to pay again.
