Mala experiencia con la recepcionista.
Nos hemos quedado varias veces y siempre había sido una buena experiencia. Pero en esta última (25-28 Diciembre 2024) 1. La señorita de la recepción (cabello corto) nos trató bastante mal. Desde el momento que llegamos nos estuvo amenazando con nuestros perritos (aunque son pet friendly)… Le pregunté si habían tenido algún problema en alguna de nuestras estancias anteriores o por qué nos estaba haciendo comentarios todo el tiempo? Y después de eso estuvo todavía observándonos y haciéndonos comentarios por el estilo cada vez que entrábamos al hotel …. 2. La cafetera de nuestro cuarto derramaba el agua y al pedirle que nos ayudara a arreglarla, nos dice que seguro lo nosotros lo hicimos mal, cuando efectivamente estaba descompuesta … 3. Lo que más me pareció fuera de lugar fue que el penúltimo día vino a cobrarme 700 pesos porque mi almohada tenía una mancha de maquillaje, incluso me sacó las fotos con su celular para enseñarlas a mi familia como evidencia… se me hizo de pésimo gusto y con una intención de humillar al cliente.

Estuvimos muy cómodos, la habitación es muy amplia y muy bonita. El baño es amplio y muy limpio, solo que las toallas están ya muy viejitas o usadas. El desayuno incluido es rico y bien servido.La ubicación del hotel NOS ENCANTÓ!! Lo único que no me gustó fue el estilo del restaurante dentro del hotel, no entiendo porque dejaron que cambiarán totalmente el concepto del la decoración y mood del hotel, contrasta mucho, debería de ser igual el estilo del restaurante y el hotel. DEFINITIVAMENTE RECOMIENDO EL HOTEL!

Es un hotel bonito, la habitación es grande, alrededor hay un ambiente nocturno amigable, muchos bares y restaurantes. El edificio es antiguo y es frío, tiene un ligero olor a húmedad, las llaves de las habitaciones son antiguas. El edificio se cierra de noche, por seguridad, y hay que tocar.
