disappointed by poor service and fine print
Big surprise to find out that no linens or towels provided by this apartment. Property managed by a company that was not interested at all in costumer service. Charged 60 euro for cleaning fee, and 30 euro for some disposable hospital sheets, all a last minute surprise to us when we picked up the keys. Lots of mosquitos and really hot. No fans provided. The area is beautiful, but this apartment is not really the kind of property I would expect to find on hotels.com.
