Check-in was a let down by Expedia!
We spent at least 30’mins running around and about looking for n collecting the keys. Expedia MUST improve on their communication with the customers.
Expedia, please note and improve on your communication with the property owners.
Overall
Security considered good with 24-hour security guards
For the price, we only had bath towels. We stayed there because my cousin n her husband from HK, had to attend to her application for long term stay in Malaysia n the hotel is close to the government offices.
Lastly, the allocated parking in basement 2 for the unit was not convenient. Hope they can assign lots closer to the lift. And the stairways from the car park to the 1st level don’t have lights. Can be frightening.
