Disappointed with the service and the property
I wish I could leave a better review but time and time again we were quite disappointed with the property and more importantly the service that we received.
Upon arrival our room was not what was portrayed by Hotels.com we spent 4 nights in a room that we did not want after making a big fuss we were finally switched to a room that we booked.
The service during meal service was excellent but the selection was very poor the buffets were extremely limited and even their staff acknowledged that the selection is very poor.
Lastly, our host has been ignoring for about a month now, we left behind a high value item which they eventually located (even though it was left right in the closet) but we have been waiting for them to ship it, the frustrating part is that we provided a shipping account number and literally just want them to put it in a box - for me that is terrible service especially for a 5 star hotel.
There are so many stunning properties in Maldives I definitely would not recommend this one.
