My worst place ever!!!!
It was shocking. They advertised breakfast included! No such thing! the kitchen is not functional. The place is half build, as if they've run out of money!! Windows missing levers. Could not close windows in middle of winter! Blankets/duvet torn and with holes. Dirty walls. No cleaning service! beds weren't made up. When we asked for cleaning, it was half done. Rubbish bins not emptied. Floors not cleaned! Staff stayed in the house amongst the guests!! there was one communal fridge, microwave and kettle. Everyone is expected to share these three items. Showers missing doors and curtains used instead. We had to ask for loo paper, towels, coffee mugs. It was booked "two in a room", but the rooms are clearly not planned for two! Only one towel per room. I booked the place because breakfast was included! and there was no sign of any breakfast possible. The place should be removed from Hotels.com as its an embarrassment. I now will never use Hotels.com as you're supplying shocking stock!!!!!
