This facility is an older home that’s been very nicely updated, painted, etc The kitchen is nice, the space is generous, but there are a couple things that concerned me. For starters, when I arrived the house was unlocked. That was the responsibility of the last guest to come / go, but for an un-hosted facility it’s something to consider. If I were the landlord, I would swap out the lock for one that locks automatically. Room #1 consists of a basement apartment and a first floor space, with 3 keys to get into separate spaces. It’s unconventional and a little confusing, two of the keys don’t really look like door keys, and I was embarrassed to realize after situating myself in the basement space for a while that it was only part of the space. There were wide screen TVs, but there was no cable tv as claimed – only chromecast for playing from my laptop if I were setup for it. The bedding was very nice, but the beds were not among the more comfortable that I’ve slept on. Bottom line, it’s clear that the landlord has worked really hard to update the space, but there are a few things that need attention to make it user-friendly.
