This is a gem of a boutique hotel. Clean as can be, beautifully decorated, terrific and sizable rooms, a great breakfast indoors or in a garden, wonderful afternoon tea, close to all of the downtown sites but quiet as can be, on-site parking an a truly terrific staff. We loved our stay here.

Staff was wonderful!!!! The room was too small, especially the bathroom. The floors are really squeaky so you could hear when the adjacent room was walking around anytime of day or night. Thin walls too so you hear others talking, etc. Great staff!, but I would not stay there again. It is definitely overrated.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely go back. The staff were outstanding, the breakfast was delicious and so was the afternoon tea. The rooms all have fireplaces, our room was wonderful. To come back at night and turn on the fireplace and also turn that on in the morning. Bed was very, very comfortable.
