4 day stay
The room was a nice size. The only problem we had was when you place the card into the wall for power it turned on lights and certain plugs and the air. We could not turn lights off or the air would go off too. Other than that our stay was great. So may need to sleep with the lights on.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before as it’s very close to the Shin-Yurigaoka train station near my Mom’s place. Having stayed before I can compare the room furnishings and can say they are not created equal. Mattresses are very hard as is the pillow. Quite typical of Japanese hotels. Amenities ok. This room was dated, rug needed cleaning, and the bathroom floor was tilted and felt like a cruise ship bathroom. Not impressed as the room needed major updating.
Breakfast has two choices; American or Japanese with self-serve juice/coffee bar. Breakfast could also use updating as it’s the same choice year after year.
All in all, it’s an average hotel. Staff are attentive, rooms need updating.

Very clean. Staff was great! Very helpful. Good value. Super convenient location. Only complaint is that the lighting in the bathroom was very dim.

Location is superb. 3 mins walk to the hotel after the Shinyuri station. Dining option is pretty good nearby. The bedding is ok and the pillow is not comfortable somehow. Overall, it is a nice hotel in the town.

Most conveniently located near Shinyurigaoka station, this hotel was perfect for our visit to Japan from the US, visiting family and friends in the area. Our room was comfortable with a king-sized bed (especiallythe pillows really worked out for me!), the staff was polite & professional. I love one of the restaurants "Ume no hana". We'll stay there again when we come to Japan.

First day in Japan
This was my first day in Japan, so having such a nice and comfortable place to stay after a long flight was much needed. The hotel is luxurious, service is impeccable, food (breakfast) was great. Also, being 3 minute walk to the train station was great.

Convenient place with great transport links.
The hotel entrance has a grand feel. The reception staff are welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious with a high ceiling and big beds, as well as a small table and chairs. There was enough space for large suitcases, but the lighting was inadequate and made it difficult to read anything in the evening. It wasn't totally peaceful, as there was a bit of late night noise from a local bar(?) or perhaps neighbours. The bathroom was fine, although it does need updating. It's a great place to stay, convenient for lots a shops, restaurants and trains to Tokyo, and direct bus links to Haneda and Narita airports too.
