, which we confirmed ahead of time with the hotel. The hotel had a clean kitty litter box already set up in the room, along with a pet bed and food and water dishes. This was a very nice touch and made our stay so much easier. The staff was very thoughtful and customer service oriented. Would definitely stay here again."

"Fantastic place to stay. Very close to Republic Square/the horse and down town. Quiet location, friendly staff, nice breakfast. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the garden/terrace were lovely for breakfast/evening drinks. Would recommend if you’re travelling to visit the tourist sites of Belgrade. "

But the service at this hotel makes me reconsider my preferences. This hotel has the most amazing staff and service, by far the best experience in many years!!
The facilities here are brilliant; gym, spa and restaurant was top quality… I am not a fan off new and modern, but here I make an exception!! 10/10
