"The room was very nice and neat. Everything was excellent except for 1 item. The heating unit blew 98% cold air and was very loud. We set the thermostat higher to 73 degrees, higher than what we wanted hoping that would trigger the unit to blow warm air. That did not happen either. In fact, the thermostat took the temperature down to 69 degrees and slowly worked up to 71 degrees and did get any warmer. But still continued to blow cold air all night. Needless to say I got many 3 hours of sleep on December 16th. "
