"The hotel is 2-3 stars. It was very clean, the room was a good size. BUT: the room I was given overlooked the tramstop outside on Thomas-Mann Strasse. There was no airconditioning, and with temperatures outside of c. 33C, I had a choice of a small amount of fresh air through the top of the window plus incessant tram noise from stopping and starting, or no fresh air and relative silence.
