"Encino House has everything for having a pleasant stay. We had a late check in, we called them and it wasn’t a problem. Amenities were very good in general, very clean and with a beautiful balcony. It was a little noisy but it has a quick access to a principal avenue if you are visiting Velo de Novia waterfalls. We stayed in a quadruple bedroom, beds were very comfy but I wished the sofa bed were bigger as it only fit one person in it.
We had a little problem with the remote and it was fixed...
