"The hotel is quite unique and offers a special experience thanks to its character. Its a 200 year old building , well maintained that makes the guests feel like they are in Epoch Rennaisance. The hotel owners are very friendly and kind. We stayed 2 nights in a room with two double beds.
We would recommend to put some mosquito net on the windows so there are no insects coming in the room.
The pool area is also nice and cosy.
The area and surroundings are quiet which was expected as it is French...

"On one of the days, the keycard for our children’s room did not work. I went to the front desk 3 times before they came to see for themselves.
On two of the three days, the toilet was running making a noise that made it difficult to sleep. We reported it 3 times and they said it was fixed. It was running been we left. For 350 euro a night —we know Strasbourg is expensive — this was not a good experience. The breakfast and breakfast staff were terrific. "

"This is a beautiful hotel! The restaurant in the hotel serves delicious food at reasonable prices. The area around the hotel is like a Hallmark Christmas town. The Christmas market was in the same town square and the atmosphere was very festive. A magical stay! "
