Check in was at Hotel Stelvia a short walk into Tirano, the owner kindly drove me back after! Terrific service. Room was spotlessly clean and well equipped, good sized bathroom (a bit of a treat!), nice amenities and good Frette towels and sheets. Corte Rossa has a fun, alpine ski condo feel!
Tirano is a lovely little town with much to do, I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 days...

Check in was at Hotel Stelvia a short walk into Tirano, the owner kindly drove me back after! Terrific service. Room was spotlessly clean and well equipped, good sized bathroom (a bit of a treat!), nice amenities and good Frette towels and sheets. Corte Rossa has a fun, alpine ski condo feel!

"Andrea is an amazing host. We really felt like we had been invited into his home. The location is his grandmother's house , 700 years old , that has been renovated beautifully. The view, in the evening especially , from just above the house is incredible. Andrea was so welcoming and helpful. He gave us tips on what to see and where to eat, that we really appreciated. We didn't want to leave. If you are ever in Tirano this is the place to go!"

"It's very nice and modern hotel. Staff is friendly and rooms were very nice. Parking is awesome and breakfast was sood. There was huge closets in the rooms so for example I could've packed all clothes I own and fit them in perfectly.
But there is no air conditioning during summer so we had +27C rooms which was quite frustrating. But I suppose the season for this hotel is winter when you can just open the window if your face starts to melt."
