"The hotel and room were nice. Staff were attentive. I liked the decorations and attention to detail. Most of my review are things that I noticed in relation to traveling with young children and may not apply to everyone. The pool was small, but clean. They had chairs and it was set up in a relaxing way. I should note, for people with small children who can’t yet swim, there really isn’t a shallow end. The hotel itself is at the top of a pretty lengthy hill which means having to climb it...

"We were met on arrival at reception which was quick, easy and very friendly and were shown and told everything we needed to know. As mentioned in other reviews, the decor of the rooms is slightly older style but the room was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower and bathroom were fine. There was a pool and free buffet breakfast which added to the comfort and enjoyment. The hotel is also a short distance to the waterfront, bars, restaurants and ferries and a nice walk around to the beach

"We enjoyed our 9-day-stay at Hotel Osam. The staff was extremely friendly (receptionists and waiters, all really sweet). Location of the hotel is perfect, very close to the centre and not far from the beaches. What could eventually be improved is to add some decoration in the rooms as it seemed a bit too “plain”, however neat. It also would’ve been nice to have some background music at the breakfast restaurant and pool area."
