"Fantastic hotel with very courteous staff! We were close to the Christmas markets, which is why we were there. We were especially surprised to see that the sofa bed that my son used was made and ready for sleep when we arrived later in the evening from a day of exploring! This is the level of service from this hotel! My only criticism is that we were charge an extra 30 Euro for arriving early even though our room was ready. I still give it 5 stars!"

"The hotel was fantastoc. The rooms wefe especially impressive. The pool was loevly too! Breakfast great and staff friendly and efficient. Location was perfect for accsessing the Xmas markets, shops and museums as well as the botanical gardens. We walked there from Brussels midi train station and it was pretty much one attaight road. Our only xritisism was not having proper cups or spoons to make tea in the room but we are big tea drinkers!"

"Spacious room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Good food at the restaurant, and couldn't be closer to the train station. Mostly train/plane personnel staying there which was nice. We enjoyed our stay very much!"

"Firstly, first time we walked in the place the staff was very accommodating. Greeted us in French and made effort to speak in English. He explained the necessary things about free breakfast. Place was clean and modern. When we finally got to the room it was super nice! What we expected staying at a European hotel.i can’t say anything negative with our stay there for a week. Wife and I were Very satisfied. The breakfast experience is self serve, but the food was great European experience, must try their croissant. Last, even during the check out someone was still available very early around 3Am I a morning since we had to catch flight early. "
