"I just love this hotel.
It's so quiet and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming and if you take advantage of the online check-in you get a text when your room is ready.
Mine was available 2 hours before the official check in time which was brilliant.
The foyer and bar area are comfortable and you can charge phones and laptops there.
The beds are the best.
I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bristol.

"The staff were especially helpful and accommodating especially Bethany and Richard. The friendly manner and smiling faces of the staff were more than enough to make up for a wet windy day. Richard was especially accommodating in allowing me to store my luggage closer to my departure time ( which was quite late into the night). "
"Great location from which to explore the city, plenty of places to eat nearby and lots of good pubs.
Room was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice which catered for all."
