"The hotel is located next to a cute lake with ducks. We were able to check in a little early but unfortunately it was a one bed room when we ordered a two bed room. The staff quickly rectified the situation indicating that hotels.com doesn’t specify the type of room for them and put us in the type of room we ordered which had a lovely view of the lake. "Rooms were big enough, beds / beddings were comfy, clean...beach was excellent... staff was very nice & kind and food was delicious.. However, room service was not good. We were told we'd be added to a whatapp group which we have never been added, noone came to collect bins/change towels etc. On 1st day we called reception but we didn't want to call everyday for that... Overall, it was a good stay, many thanks."

"We had a stay in this hotel previous year as well. At 2021 it was spotless clean all over the place and this is why we decided to come again.
This time, that was not the case, when it comes to cleanliness. It pretty much matches reviews by everyone else (room wise). Pool area was clean, restaurant was clean, lobby was clean. This is important as well and these areas were clean.
However, rooms were not so clean and if we didn't asked for cleaning on 6th day of our 12 night stay they would not...

"The staff is very cordial and goes out of their way to be helpful. Management team is always attentive to the needs of the guests and are always available for help. I personally enjoyed the gym and the sauna, both are clean with modern equipment.
