"Hotel is nice, comfortable bed pillows, small fridge. Refillable water provided. Very nice breakfast with smoked salmon etc. good location, near to the Main Street where all restaurants are and little shop if needed. My only disappointment was when I checked in on 26th September with 4 bags on my own, the young girl at reception was unwelcoming and she did not care at all that I had to do 2 trips to get the bags, you would think that in hotel like Radisson there would be a welcoming person behind the desk. Please have a chat with her, long brown hair about 20 years old. It was really hard to manage with the bags and she literally did not care"
"Breakfast was good, many restaurants close by, staff very helpful, walking distance to many attractions.
Room 316 was a little quirky - elevator to third floor and then down two flights of stairs to room 316. To go to the elevator to go down, you have to go up two flights of stairs of to the elevator to go down. You'll master it after a couple of days. Additionally, there are other rooms in the hall and there is a sloping roof that you may have to be aware of to get to 316 - the slope continues into the room as well. Still, the room was large enough, quiet, and comfortable."
"Nice hotel. Good location, about 15 minute walk from the old town or a quick ride on the tram.
Good front of house staff. Room was nice. Coffee in the bar was lovely.
Only quibbles would be:
- could do with some more comfy seats in the bar area
- we had a room at the front left corner of the hotel and there was loud music (bass) from we assume a nearby bar/club that went on past 11pm
- they closed the whole bar area one evening for a private event which I felt was a bit off. There should be a separate area for private events and not restrict the comfort of all other guests

"My concern was getting in and out of the shower. Someone with disabilities or elderly would have a very difficult time accessing the shower as the bathtub is very high and there are no grab bars."
"Fantastic hotel, very clean and great smell - customer service at front desk was excellent and the room was brilliant. There was so much space and the bathroom was spacious with jack and jill sinks, we stayed in room 304."
"Nice views and clean hotel. Parking is 23 euros. I also was expecting bathrobes but did not have it. Selection of coffee and tea is great, the rooms are quiet. Hotel amenities are great"
