"Stayed at the 3 horseshoes as a mid way break on our way up To The Lake District for an wedding, hotel is clean and comfortable, bar is well stocked and they weren’t Charing rip off prices, the restaurant was very good , wide range of food available, we were joined by our daughter and 6 year old granddaughter for dinner , the staff were really accommodating with us changing time of meal … even though they seemed a bit under pressure as they had a wedding taking place …"

"We have stayed at Biggin Hall many times before and it never fails to please. Top class service at breakfast and dinner and the meals are a real treat. The location of the hotel is idyllic with plenty of parking and wonderful walks from the doorstep plus of course it is dog friendly! Wonderful!"

"Never returning. Window catch screws hanging out. Mould in 3 places in bathroom. Dirt in bottom of wardrobe. When I checked in guy was talking to someone through ear buds. Slapped a card machine in my face no how much I was to pay. 2 big flats across the road were broken into. Food down the road by Aldi very nice. "
