Staff was great, very accomodating, restaurant is ok for dinner but much better for breakfast."
"The air conditioning was weird. It only seemed to work if you were in the room. When you left and came back it would be significantly warmer in your room. The hall I stayed in smelled like pot. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, and the food was ok. "
"Mystic Lake is an amazing casino/hotel. A Showroom event brought us here, and that, too is a very nice venue that is just the right size for us.
The entire property is rather large, so walking is something you need to be able to do. If walking is difficult for any guests, I didn't see an alternative way to get around.
The hotel rooms were clean and modern, so no complaints there.
All in all, I would give our visit 4 out of 5 stars."
