"Hotel in Rehovot – Israel, was extremely disappointing. We had booked a Superior room and got a club room, you have charged for a Superior room. When we got the right room after a few days, the staff took it as an insult. The room had not been cleaned before we came in. Dirty bed linen with blood stains on it, Dirty floors with old dust in the corners and on lamps, Old chewing gum on the bedside lamp (have photos of everything) The floor was not washed for a whole week, no new bed linen for...

"This Brown hotel is well positioned in Tel Aviv. The breakfasts were great too. My only comment is the room size. They are small rooms. I was a solo traveller and although my room was advertised for two people it would have been a tight squeeze with suitcases and closet space. In saying that I am a return traveller to this hotel as I enjoy its style and convenience, oh and did I mention the breakfast. Just be ware of the room size"
