"We had a fantastic time at Alunan and really glad we booked here for half our stay on the Perhentian.
Room - Spacious and very clean, having the deck upstairs is also a really nice touch
Food - Probably the best food we ate on the Perhentian islands, both western and Malay options availabl. It is slightly more expensive but worth it in our opinion. Breakfast with the room was also great, fresh roti canai were really nice.

The food is good, but not amazing and therefore quite overpriced. It's also a long waiting time to be served at the main restaurant.

There is no cash machine on the island so make sure you bring enough. You are limited to taxis (60RM return journey anywhere) and boats (55RM) to leave the hotel.
