"The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The location of the hotel is excellent for visitors as it is near the bazar quarter(10 minutes walk) the coast (20 minute walking) an kültürpark and its museums (5 minutes). Metro is not far away either. The cons were the cleanliness of the hotel, which was far from satisfactory, and the fact that there is no parking, despite hotel’s claims that it has free parking. We had to leave our car in the streets near the hotel. "

"This hotel is truly amazing! First of all, the view is breathtaking, and watching the sunset was an incredible experience. The peaceful and quiet atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The decor, comfort, and attention to detail were simply stunning. Additionally, the cleanliness and hygiene standards were excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely choose this hotel again!"

"Rooms stink smoke smell. Drinking water should be readily available throughout the hotel, not just two small water bottles in a small fridges. Smokiomg area outside the lobbyhas a sliding door opening to a smokers balcony which when opened periodoically, fills the lobby with cigarette smoke and smell, which makes the lobby not so functional for guests who are resting in the lobby.
