" We come to this hotel for the 3rd year in a row and we are sure that this is not the last time. Once again the hotel met all our expectations. We were very pleased that we were given a free upgrade to a higher category room on the 2nd floor with stunning sea views. I can't find the right words to describe the pleasure when you go out on the balcony with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and you have a view of all this beauty. The entire staff, as always, tries to make your stay as comfortable...

We had an issue with our room upon check in and the team at the hotel checked on us multiple times to ensure that everything was ok. They truly showed understanding and compassion throughout our stay. The amenities provided at Grand Park are the best I’ve seen in Croatia and would highly recommend. "There is no reception, so you have to arrange check in ahead of time. We failed to do this, but Rosa was very helpful. The unit was just right for our stay. Equipped kitchen, dining area, bedroom. Great AC, grocery store very close by, lots of dining options and tour operators in the area. "

"Owner of the property re-sold the apartment for higher price, due to high demand for accomodation, which we found out when we called for directions when we arrived to Croatia. There excuse was that "there was a mix up with Expedia". But property was booked and paid for few weeks in advance, and we had communication withe the property before arrival, with no mention of anything out of the place. Found out later from the locals that re-selliing for higher price was common this season, especially...

"Our apartment was well equipped and in an excellent location in the old town. We didn't realise that the hotel would collect us from the bus station on arrival but certainly made use of this service on checking out as the streets are quite steep with cobblestones. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the apartment was clean and we enjoyed our stay."

"the apartment is perfectly located. just a few minutes walk to the center of old rovinj, but not packed with tourists. besides being close to old town, it is an easy walk to the park across the water from old town -- stunning views of rovinj from there. the management compay was very kind to pick us up on a golf art to take us to the apartment. it really was not necessary as we found out the walk to the bus station was just a few minutes. we just would have had difficulty finding the apartment...
