"The customer service is excellent at this hotel. The lobby area is great with fun things to do for kids and lots of areas to sit. The breakfast was very good. No one tidied our room or gave us new towels during our 4 night stay. I had to get them myself. Also we all sorta got a sore throat in at night there. I’m not sure why. We would consider staying here again despite that due to the friendly staff and nice lobby. We took our puppy and it was a nice place to bring her."
