"The woman who greeted us was very helpful and friendly, but that was the last good thing that happened. The room was absurdly small, maybe 12' x 12', and the ceilings slope almost to the floor! If you are over 4' 6" tall (125cm?) (I do not exaggerate) you will certainly suffer a painful bump on the head. Also, there is no AC: it was very uncomfortably hot and stuffy. And this is not a full service hotel. For example, if there is a problem in the corridor in the middle of the night (as there was)...

"Well, first the front desk person didn't give us a key. So I had to walk all the way back to reception to get the key. Then we noticed that there was no electricity in the room, so I had to walk back again. They told us to switch rooms and gave us the key to the next place.
The last thing was that the hair dryer didn't work.
Staff wasn't very accommodating or sorry for the multiple inconveniences.
Water park was amazing as usual and breakfast was delicious. "
