"All of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Not everyone spoke english, but they all did their best to assist us. Rooms were quite and cozy. And its the best breakfast buffet you'll ever experience."

"I love the location of the property. It is very close to the train station and local restaurants. I would like to make two suggestions for improvement: safes in every room, and a resumption of daily housekeeping. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay."

"Wonderful service & food. Multi course traditional dinner & breakfast. Our waitress/maid for our stay, Ota-San was fantastic. Access to private onsens as a couple was nice. They also provided yukayas for us to wear on property. Amazing ryokan experience!"
