"Location was great, short walk to thermal baths and waterfall. Close to train station and everything else. Staff was very helpful. Great breakfast and massage services on site which were very helpful for our tired bodies! The room was clean and comfortable and a great value. Water in shower was not as hot as I like it but it was comfortable, so we adapted and didn’t let the is minor thing overshadow the good things. "

"Joan picked us up from the training station and showed us to our room. The room was huge, 3 king beds the shower and jacuzzi facility was good, cant beat the price for the size. Not all of the functions of the shower worked like the side shower but the main one worked. The jacuzzi also worked well. "In the advertisement for the property it shows in the photos and says in the room details that the room I rented came with a shower/tub combo. I specifically rented this room because my wife likes to take a bath, once we were at the property the owner said that the room we rented had a tub but we couldn't use it.. and that they had other room that had a functioning tub????????? I'm pretty sure he was trying to scam me to pay more for the same room I already paid for.. Well why wouldn't I get...

"I loved this hotel! The place was beautiful, great view of the mountains, beautiful landscape. Definitely a great place to relax. The staff was also amazing! I received a few VIP perks: welcome chocolate mousse, access to a nice big jacuzzi and free upgrade to the suite with a huge jet bathtub. They also have a nice infinity pool and the hotel is close enough to town. Plus llamas and alpacas on their property for close up encounters."

"The location of this property was gorgeous, truly being a luxury aparthotel. It was stunning being surrounded by the Andes mountains. With that said, this location is great if you have a car, otherwise an Uber into Urubamba is not possible. They can call you a taxi, but ensure that you have Soles on hand! We were looking forward to dinner at the restaurant but were told the chef got into an accident. They ordered us a pizza instead of having to go into town. "

"I'm in love with this property. It is secluded enough with amazing mountains surrounded you but just a 10 minute drive from Ollantaytambo. It has a great restaurant- vegetatian friendly (loved the veggie burger), awesome breakfast and amazing staff. The fire place in the courtyard is a cherry on top after having a long adventurous day. Totally worth it to pay for the sauna and jacuzzi to enjoy with a bottle of wine. Water/Soft drinks and beers are complementary in the room with room service....
