"Central in JLT, short way to metro and the Dubai Marina. Lots of good restaurants in the area and two good pubs in the hotel. Service is brilliant. Breakfast was very varied and tasty and we looooved the coffee. The room was big and comfortable. We will recommend this hotel 100% and if we go back to Dubai, we will use this wonderful hotel."

"I stayed at this hotel for a week and, unfortunately, found the experience lacking in several key areas. The Wi-Fi was consistently poor, making it difficult to stay connected for work or leisure. Water pressure in the shower was very low, and oddly, the water temperature was often too hot with no easy way to adjust it properly.
Service was also underwhelming — staff were not very responsive to requests or concerns during the stay.
