The reason we gave it 3 stars is because there were a lot of ants in the hotel and our room, the rooms also needed some ventilation to make it less stuffy, but there’s air con. Things like toilet roll were missing from our room...

"This place is very beautiful and rather quiet but it is EXTREMELY difficult to get any sort of transportation here. It is located on top of a very steep hill and no mobile taxi service will come here. The hotel can call you a car but it will be very expensive and take at least an hour to arrive. You also may have to walk a long distance down the hill to get to your taxi with all your luggage as most cars won’t try to make it up this hill but the staff is more than happy to help you carry your...

"I stayed here after a late arrival at the airport, as it's a relatively short 150 baht airport taxi ride away & has a late check-in. This is a really lovely little hotel, with extremely friendly & helpful staff. The whole building is spotlessly clean, & the beds are soft and very comfortable. The communal area is a very pleasant area to have a light breakfast, and it's very relaxing to have a morning coffee whilst watching the giant rubber duck drift past you in the

"Lovely stylish yet traditional lanna style hotel in a quiet street at the Riverside in new Chiang Mai. Thapae gate and the old city can be reached by bike or on foot in about 15mins. Excellent restaurants nearby and a lovely modern supermarket as well. The room was huge, clean and comfortable and was equipped with all I needed for my stay. Soft, thick towels in the bathroom and extra available near the lovely
