"This is a great hotel. It is very well located in the middle of the Dolomites. Rooms are very nice and my bathroom had a bath tub with view to the mountains. Buffet breakfast is excellent. All staff are very friendly. Dinner was excellent three plate menu with different options to choose from every day. Fantastic food. I strongly recommend this hotel. I didn't try the indoor pool or sauna but they look great. Grazie mille!!!

"Loved this place!!! It is not modern but it is cute and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was great with the most amazing view of the mountains. We were here late May and most places around were closed for the season still. We did find a few places not far but not walking distance. "

Didnt get to use the wellness and sauna d/t lack of time. Great service from the staff. There was a very helpful female staff at the resto during bfast on 10/20. I didnt get to get her name but she is young, petite and had a bit of an accent. Ty so much.

Each guest is allocated a specific table in the restaurant preventing guests from choosing which table to sit at. This did lead to a misunderstanding between us and the restaurant but I was very pleased to see that the Owner and Manager of the hotel took our concerns seriously and addressed them promptly. We let the staff know on day one and they sent staff up to fix it (we believe it had to do with the pipes) and the smell went away slightly. But by our third day it was back with a vengeance - smelled of some sort of dampness or sewage, extremely unpleasant. "
