The food is amazing, much better than other hot spring hotels.
There are two private hot springs in the hotel, each room can book once with no charge. Besides, there are public hot springs where residents can use without reservation.

"Check in and check out processes was very quick, easy and staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet was great with different varieties. Hotel does have a parking lot with plently of parking spaces. Hotel is a bit older, but is clean. Overall, great stay and safe hotel."

Resort itself was super zen and amazing. It was perfect place to relax and enjoy Japanese bath, food, and massage.
Staff was also beyond the moon! We had to put on snowchains on our way out because it was snowing and we were struggling when staff (Kuroiwa) came out and helped us with the hard work. Thank you so much again. "
