"Really disappointed with staff at reception at both check in and check out. Not really helpful and very business oriented not friendly or welcoming at all. Terrible the least to say. It’s a shame as it’s a nice hotel. The premium room was big enough, breakfast was good. Sky pool, was good however not infinity as online states. Beach was very public no privacy at all. Luckily it was 2 night stay, wouldn’t stay here again."

"Great place, top quality rooms and facilities, extremely professional and welcoming staff. We went during off peak and price friendly time so it was very quiet. Looks good fun if it were busy. Food menu was a little limited when compared with the likes of Crimson or Shang but maybe price reflects that I hope people use it, a good addition to Boracay

"The staff here is very nice. Michael did a wonderful job getting us checked in, and also made sure my friend received a cake for her birthday. The room was clean, the view is nice to the pool, and I loved the breakfast that they serve in the morning. Very enjoyable!! I would definitely stay again because it’s close to everything!!!"
