"Nice hotel in general. Large comfortable rooms with AC. Clean in general, but smelly pillow covered by a clean pillow case was really disappointing (could be an isolated event). Packed with an incredible amount of tourists at this time of the year, I feel that the hotel is overwhelmed by the number of guests during peak season. Great buffet but 20 minute wait standing in line for any grill item. Not overpriced. If you don’t mind an overcrowded modern hotel, this place can be a good choice."

"This is a nice family hotel for a reasonable price. Stuff is very friendly and smily.
The room we stayed in was very good, spacious and clean, with a nice shower and a huge balcony.
The room was very well soundproof. It was very calm during the night. And the blackout curtains kept the room dark during the mornings.

"Hotel was good, but staff training and coordination lacked big time. Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic of quests, who are demanding and rude to the staff, but once they get to know you staff was really nice. "The original room turned out not to have a view so we asked for a change which meant adding a small bed, as all 3 of the seaview rooms just had double beds. NP And then, when the heating unit control stopped working, we moved to another room. This room was originally set up for twin beds BUT only had a double. Too bad for us. But we had a view and a clean bathroom so not so bad but twin beds would have been better. Mehmet was especially helpful and both Hulya and Duygu were great hostesses!...

The staff are all extremely friendly and more than happy to help with anything you need, really good customer service. I travel alone as a solo woman and I felt 100% safe at all times.
The cleanliness is to a high standard, housekeeping do a fantastic job and the rooms are thoroughly cleaned. All around the resort there are staff constantly cleaning both inside and out which was really great.
