"Lovely hotel and very central location. Rooms are extremely clean and nicely fitted out. Staff were really great and the (mostly) subterranean spa facilities are excellent.
We thought this hotel was great value.
Our only disappointment was the lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room, as morning tea addicts we tried to order room service with no success as we don’t speak Italian.
We ended up buying a travel kettle from the local store!
Nevertheless we would definitely stay again. "

"It is an old fashioned, an "retro" hotel. The staff, however, made up for the outdated decor. They were excellent. The food was also quite good. All in all, good value for money.
The big negative is a really slow, almost unusable WIFI. So, if you go there and want to use WIFI for business, do not stay at this hotel. While there is free public parking nearby, the hotel does not offer parking and you may find yourselves fighting for parking space, as we did."

It felt like stepping back in time a bit decor wise but we actually found this really charming and it was impeccably clean throughout. The hotel is just few meters from town! Right in front of the lake. And convenient if you’re passing through for 1 night. Rooms and breakfast are ok, nothing spectacular. But we will stay here again. Nothing to complain."

"Vi fikk tilbud om oppgradering til balkong med sjøutsikt, men utsikten var rett i taket på bygningen foran, balkongen var og uten møbler. Det var et forferdeleg støy fra gaten gjennom hele natten."

"This hotel was super nice for me as a solo traveler. The town isn't exciting, but it's a short drive to other places. The room was quite spacious, especially compared to another hotel I stayed in the Dolomites that was similarly priced. The breakfast was great, and the staff was friendly. I'd stay here again if I wanted to save money by not staying in a more central area"
