Loved the staff, always caring and very polite.
Ivan welcomed us with a smile, showed us the hotel and gave us the right information for our stay.
The buffet had different options every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Fresh and tasty!
Rooms were clean and had a cute balcony with view to the pool. However, humidity can be intense and clothes/sheets/floor may feel sticky.
Location was great if you wanted to be close to the 5th avenue, walkable distance...
