"Great location for visiting Salzburg. Short bus ride on very frequent buses from a two minute walk away. Several good restaurant‘a in the village. The hotel was nicely appointed the room was good and the breakfast was plentiful. The staff performed their duties but didn’t go the extra mile. We expected more service for what we were charged. "

"Perfect, a dream inside bavarian alps! The hotel is wonderful, the staff is great and the SPA is a jewelry for mind and body! Kempinski is a luxury standard worldwide and this place makes you sure of it! A marvelous experience that makes me anxious to come back!"

"The stay was nice, its a beautiful staycation, Marcus and Michael were very nice to us. The sad part was we couldn’t experience the night stay as we got locked out due to a miscommunication from them. Had a car to sleep luckily. We did get in in the morning and had a nice breakfast and some bed sleep.
They said they wouldn’t charge for stay and breakfast so I thought they were genuinely sorry. But the refund never came.
So there is a large scope of improvement.
But its a nice and cozy stay....
