"The hotel is one of the best--compares favorably to the larger 5 star chain hotels (e.g. Ritz, 4 Seasons, etc) but feels more personal. It was renovated relatively recently, so all the facilities are up to date. The rooms are very large in comparison to many other hotels in center city. The bathrooms are very nice with rain shower and soaking tub and two sinks. Despite being in a central, busy location, the room was incredibly quiet (and dark) at night with very comfortable bedding. "We recommend booking a level room - it was an excellent facility and the staff there were wonderful. The tapas was excellent, as was the drinks. The room was nice with a beautiful view of the city and the air con was great. The pool set up was a bit weird with the reservations and mandatory caps (even if a man has no hair!) and was a bit of a let down for all that fuss - confusion over lockers, very little ambience, not amazing
