The staff at Hotel is minimal and no one is available to assist for luggage as you have to carry about 14 stairs to reach the Reception floor. No Electric kettle provided in room. No complimentary water drinking bottles in Room and you are advised to drink from tap water. Limited spread of Breakfast and no option available for getting even basic egg omlette. Only solace, the mountain/ valley view outside the Hotel is majestic "

"Good value for money, but rooms are due for an upgrade. Our shower drain was clogged, and the rooms are on the smaller side. We didn’t have ability to control the aircon which was automatically set to 24-25C, which was not cold enough when there is 35C outside. The fridge had issues keeping our drinks cold.
