"Después de cuatro años sin visitar Ecuador, este viaje superó todas mis expectativas. Fue mi primera experiencia hospedándome en el Hotel TRYP de Guayaquil y, sin duda, lo recomendaré siempre. La atención al cliente y el servicio personalizado fueron excepcionales. Quiero destacar especialmente a Gabriela y Daniel de recepción, quienes fueron sumamente atentos, profesionales y carismáticos durante toda mi estadía. Yo que trabajo como front desk en Canadá, me sorprendió gratamente ver que el nivel de servicio del Hotel TRYP de Guayaquil está a la altura de los mejores. Me sentí realmente como en casa. El desayuno buffet fue delicioso, las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas y la ubicación es ideal, con fácil acceso a restaurantes, cines, discotecas y más. "This is my second stay in this wonderful hotel, the security, comfort and hospitality is one of the reasons I highly recommend this place, breakfast is great lots of food options and since it’s a mall I had my hair colored and manicure and pedicure for only $60 dollars in Florida I pay more than that just for my nails.
