"Service, hospitality, staff were excellent. Mohammad, Yassin, The chef, & and the third server were warm, attentive and accommodating to our dietary needs. Few flaws of this property- this property is in a remote location, deep inside the village. Few rooms, particularly the nearest rooms to the office at the ground floor and the one at the top floor, smelled terrible. Not sure if the smell was related to the cleaning supplies used or the old wood furniture or unwashed area rugs in the room. "

"This property is beautiful and isolated, about 8 kms outside Ourzazate. It's set beautifully but star gazing might be the only thing that you could do around here in the evening. Staff is friendly and helpful. We did have 1 room that had heat issues (December time and heater didn't work) but they shifted us to a bigger room. Water was heated and the room heat was sufficient. Great beds and the comforters were thick and heavy keeping us warm. The staff got up early and served us breakfast

"Peaceful and charming place to stay in the middle of Skoura palm villages. Incredibly friendly staff, fresh variety of good food, great facilities in the garden, peaceful and discrete. Loved the silence and view from terrasse. One tip. In communication before arrival, mention the road to take. We followed Google maps and were guided through the very tiny garden roads. The ‘orange’ road is much easier. "
