facilities- massage, temazcal (natural steam bath), hot mud, herbal neck wrap. Weirdly, my masseuse was a kid who could not have been more than 16 years old. He was training an even younger masseuse. The two had a rough time containing their giggles while working on these two old ladies- though they did a good job. I suggest asking for the more experienced masseuse. The temazcal is fantastic. The only thing is the kitchen: it is very limited. If you don’t mind a limited selection of food then this place is a great option. If you want more choices, there are lots of choices nearby. So as food is concerned there’s no need to panic. "

"Terrific hotel offering delicious made-to-order breakfasts and beautiful, spacious rooms and suites. It was too cold to swim but the pool area was beautiful. We had a lovely couples massage. The little gym was convenient but not well kept up. We didn’t have a car and needed to take taxis or Uber rides into town. We walked into town twice but it was far and would be hard to walk back because the hotel is far uphill."

"ELENA de COBRE is a beautiful hotel. The restaurant is good but I personally enjoy a beer with my tacos and a glass of wine with my steak. There is no alcohol here. Also the room descriptions on Expedia and the hotels website are different so there's a chance you'll end up with a different room than expected."

"9.9997 rating hahaha. They were amazing. But they didnt turn their jacuzzi up. Nor did they have a refrigerator or microwave, nor did they have a seaker system in the room. With al that (like killer hotels in los angeles) they woukd have scored a perfect 10. But truly, they deserve the 9.99997. Awesome, sweet service, gorgeous hotel, beautiful pool area.
