Time to upgrade big time many problems.
Definitely a dirty place, parking lot panda rooms, not good.
No doubt the whole place needs an upgrade. But Hilton is going to be taking over, that will most likely be a good thing.......

Great staff. Decaying installations.
The service was very good. Amanda, at the front desk, couldn't be nicer. She was kind and professional. The housekeeper was nice and attentive. However, the hotel is in bad shape. It needs maintenance urgently. The sinks do not flow as they should. Several outlets do not work. The sheets are clean but very old. The worst was when i saw a rouch in the restroom. It is sad but evident this hotel is decaying fast.

They offered breakfast. Staff working the dining area was rude. No hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt, peanut butter, waffles and decaf coffee when we went down to eat at 830. Breakfast served 7-10am. I waited 15 min nothing restocked so I asked a gal cleaning tables. I was told as she walked away from me while answering she’s working on it. At 915 I asked again I was told she’s working on it. At 930 I went into cupboard and got the peanut butter myself and retoasted the slice of bread Shouldn’t serve breakfast if that’s the accommodation they are going to give

The furnishings need replacing. They look worn out. Bed slept okay. Strange smell in hallways and room. May have been a previous smoking area of the hotel that they tried to sanitize.

Filthy & uncomfortable.
Absolutely filthy rooms. Uncomfortable beds. Child size pillows. Elevator working was iffy at best. Management needs to double check both maintenance work & house cleaners, because they are not doing their jobs.

Pullout had no blanket or pillows and one of our remotes didn’t have batteries. I responded to the text we received welcoming us upon check-in asking for those items. I never received a confirmation text, nor did we receive any of the items I’d requested. This was extremely frustrating as the temp in the room made it difficult for my kid to sleep well on that pullout couch. Even a response of ‘unfortunately we don’t have those items’ would’ve been better than no response at all.
