Stay overall was fine. Great location for our needs. Our room was a little wonky. Had to have A/C serviced, cable didn’t work most of the time, had overflowing garbage and had to call for toilet paper since housekeeping still won’t go in the room. It really was all fine, but I was really frustrated with the amount of people that did not stay at the resort that took chairs at the Falls Pool. Myself and kids had to sit on the ground. People just walked in, no wristbands and never were stopped. People would brag they just come for the pool. Since they

The rooms need updated and refreshed. I was disappointed in the cost of the stay especially since the property is somewhat in need of repair and update. The onsite restaurant and lounge is fantastic. Maybe better for a family stay, but not at the current asking price.

Great property with many family-friendly amenities. Multiple pools, desert hiking, tennis courts, pickle ball, and our favorite - outstanding golf at Lookout Mountain - all on property and short walk downhill. King suite was extremely spacious; housekeeping upon request only. We did not try any of the onsite restaurants. We found several outstanding breakfast cafes, pizza delivery, and restaurants in Scottsdale.

We spent 5 nights here on a spring break trip and loved it. Sure, you have to walk a bit to your car, but as we had no physical conditions limiting us from walking up and down the hill to the parking lot, we didn't mind. The resort is set up in the hills so you have to expect walking them! The pools were fabulous (although we were a little upset that the one nearest our room was closed after they told us at check in that it was open) but the main one made up for it. The hiking trails behind the resort were an added bonus also. We would def stay here again.

Tried to reach front desk, never could. Tried to reach accounting. They said they would call back in 24 to 48 hours!!!! Impossible. Restaurant too expensive for the quality. Disappointing stay. The view only good thing.

Overall the property is nice. I’ve stayed there many times over the years. I feel the property is dated and not been fixed up at all. The free WiFi in my room never worked which was disappointing. I would say for the price I paid it was not worth it.

1st room had stained sofa bed, used soap bar on floor, vents were filthy, furniture worn/dated...when pointing this out to front desk, I was barely offered a change in room after I also mentioned my kiddos had allergies & eczema. I’m very thankful for the 2nd hypoallergenic room we were given. But when a guest points this many things out, expect to be given a much better complimentary upgrade so guest leaves with a GREAT impression of your customer service & property & willing to give you another chance (especially if you’re categorized as 4star resort)...left very disappointed; much to be desired. Thank you.

We visited with our teenage kids, I was looking for a resort that would have a lot to do. We paid with tax and resort fees $390 per night. I expected a true “resort” feel. While the staff was very helpful and friendly, the resort rooms left a lot to be desired. The rooms seem to be updated but the are small and dark. The rooms needed a lot of work. Woodwork was dirty and banged up. We had a Mountain View rooms with a balcony. The balcony over looked the back of a building, over a parking lot with mountains off in the left background. Not exactly what I expected. And the parking was AWFUL!! The resort is built into the side of the mountain and space is limited, so we had to park and walk a ridiculously long way away to be able to park. (See the photo) The “waterpark” was fine but more suited for small children. We ended up spending most of our time in one of the smaller pools. Of all the hot tubs, only one had warm water and any power, and that one sat only about three people. The view from the very top, by the restaurant was beautiful though, but drive up because it is a hike! The resort is huge and the golf cart trolley service seemed to be non existent. I honestly feel like staying at an embassy’s suites, or similar, would have been a better choice since we really used only one pool, the room would have been bigger and cleaner and a complimentary happy hour and breakfast. If you are like me, I went back and forth on booking for the price, so with your gut and skip this reso
