Checked in with my kid at 6 PM, well after the official 2 PM check-in time, only to be told our room wasn't ready. Had to wait until 7:30 PM, which was exhausting after our flight. When we finally got our room, only one of the two beds was cleaned. We were told that we had booked a single room. The whole experience felt unprofessional and lacked consideration for guests. My kid and I were deeply disappointed. Expecting comfort after a tiring journey, we were instead met with delays and excuses. I hope the hotel can improve its services for future guests.
