Great stay!

The hotel was wonderful. The room was clean, modern and a great view of the ocean. The restaurant by the pool was affordable, large menu and delicious food. The man at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend staying here. It is family owned, affordable and lovely.

The view of this hotel is breathtaking. The staff is very friendly and accommodating (we arrived early and our room was ready!) Complimentary breakfast is delicious and the pool bar has a lot of lunch/dining options if you want to sit by the pool and relax. We absolutely loved our stay!

Great hotel. The room was modern and very comfortable. Nice location up on a hill overlooking the beach, only a short walk to the beach and the bus stop. Breakfast buffet was superb with plenty of choice. Staff really welcoming and helpful. We definitely want to return.

We had an excellent stay! The staff was personable and helpful. Assisted with laundry and super accommodating. About 15 mins from downtown which was perfect for us. The hot spot beaches if interested Balos, etc are a little of a drive but totally doable we got up early and spent the day and then finished the evening near the hotel. 10/10 recommend!

This hotel is a small-scale 3* hotel that excels all around. Modern, tasteful rooms, mostly with sea views. Everything in and around the hotel is spotless. Beautiful swimming pool in a well-kept garden and a breakfast with good quality products and sufficient choice. Every effort is made to guarantee guests an unforgettable stay. Lovely property, family run with great customer service. Many food options for breakfast (included) lunch and dinner at great prices and delicious cold local beer. Great pool, but despite umbrellas not a great deal of shade and one should be wary the despite the heat, in October the pool was quite freezing (or invigorating if that's your sort of thing). I struggled with the stairs so only left the compound once per day, would definitely get a car next time as the bus to Chania was almost always crowded. All in all it was a lovely 7 day break in the sunshine with my partner.

Spent 4 nights at this hotel. We'd booked a seaview room which was stunning. Room was quite small, no drawer space. Extremely comfortable bed. Very good air con. I believe all the rooms are twin beds. Breakfast was nice, bit haphazard when ordering eggs. Maybe required more fresh fruit and fresh orange juice We had lunch twice here, I had club sandwich twice, very tasty, my husband had a greek salad and a toastie. We also had a drink at sunset. Good prices. Free towels and free top up of water bottles.

This property has a wonderful location overlooking the Aegean Sea and the island of Agia Theodora while you are relaxing by the pool, having breakfast, lunch or dinner, or sitting on your porch or balcony. The Owners and Staff are very friendly and accommodating and are always available. The hotel is clean, rooms are beautifully equipped and decorated with a European charm. The grounds are well-maintained with beautiful trees and flowers all around and has a really nice outside dining area and pool. The food is delicious! The hotel is convenient to shops and other restaurants in the area and is across from the beach if you would like to swim in the Sea. I rented a car and it is close enough to Chania town center and also to take a ride through the villages and mountains for example to Kandanos or Paleochora. A truly wonderful week spent at a great hotel!

Superbe séjour à l’hôtel Reinieris, l’accueil a été très chaleureux avec le jeune homme de la maison qui a fait l’effort de nous parler Français 👌. Les chambres sont propres tout comme l’ensemble de l’établissement qui est très bien tenu. La piscine est très agréable avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Le petit déjeuner est complet, nous avons fortement apprécié la salade de fruit fraîche. Nous avons testé le snack, le club sandwich est copieux et très bon.
